I purchased a Base inverter and base battery. From day 1 I started facing problems. When current goes, the ups did not switch over.
UPS if sometimes takes switch over, no Alarm at all. When current comes, does not switch over, but indicates overload after power comes. On my constant complaining, After 1 week, a person turns up.
He changes the whole board itself.Then again facing same problem. After 1 week again, he comes, opens the inverter and says the load is proper But now a new thing.
He finds a wire, removes it, & says someone has altered the inverter, Says wire is for neutral. I don't understand. NOW I AM LEFT WITH A FAULTY INVERTER with no one to contact.
