I have booked anu solar water heater after paying the booking amount. Its been 20 days they have not turned up. My attempts to reach concerned people from anu solar have proved futile.
After seeing the add in paper I booked since it is the cheapest available in market. Much I knew that waiting time was months together. If this is the case then just imagine how would be their service.
Friends I strongly advise not to land in such trouble their are better once like tata bp, supreme solar or orb etc. Booking with anu is a headache and inviting trouble and unecessary distress.
