While in call they will mention service charge 340 but when the engineers who attend the call he is selling powder compulsory so it’s comes around 1150. Rs total cost.
Poor service those people not cleaning or servicing anything inside the machine, just apply washing powder inside drum'switch on' the machine simply and went out within 5 min.
When I asked him he said this is only they will done? Not given correct reply, his motivation to replace some big item inside the machine & AMC.
When he entire our place first step he said barring is gone so it will take 3000 to replace and second he said for this if you make AMC I will replace freely. I asked him how much cost for AMC? He said 4500 I shock and pointed that he trying to make AMC and it for only 2 years, so I said let me do it later.
Totally poor service never had before, Other than this washing machine I have fridge & AC's from different brand, when I lock call they will open entire case service it. I surprise why it was not done for IFB brand?
I buy 4 years before, In this period only one time those done free service, I had from other brand suppose they doing 6 month one time people are reaching our place.
