Dear Friends don't buy IFB washing machine very very worst and poor service and also don’t go for AMC they are spoiling IFB brand name, don’t know why IFB is giving AMC to franchise and why they are not tracking the calls which are closed.
Below is my worst experience, I am from chennai location don’t know about other location I raised my first call on november(ticket id -1101006507) when front display panel is not working.
One guy attended and told display panel board is having problem we will change the board give us one week time he took almost 3 weeks and did not came back when I called they told franchise has been closed you will get call from new franchise, I called customer care to get new franchise contact number they told your call has been closed I will raise new call.
On december 17th new call has been raised(1101246766) one guy came he told same thing we will change panel in one week, there is no answer till today(27th jan 2016) I called customer care he was telling your call has been closed, while speaking he raised another call without telling the status of the closed call, today jan 27th one more call has been raised(1101573745)
Without giving solution these fake peoples closing calls and raising new calls, my AMC going to end by march, now what is use of paying money for AMC and what is the use of buying branded washing machineFriends don't waste your money by buying IFB washing machine, I will wait for another 10 days, there is no answer I planning to use it has a dust bin in my street
