I had a very bad experience with the Eureka Forbes people and not only once - the count has raised to three times now.
First time, I bought Aquaguard - the product is fine and the sales people will definitely make it look more lucrative offer but then they will make you run behind them to get those lucrative offers. I doubt if there sales service is good enough as I have not see a single person turning up again to check if it is working fine. This I would consider a small issue. The next one is:
Second time, I bought Vacuum Cleaner. I was told that a proper training would be given to you and even to my maid and the sales person promised that he will be there to give the training. He also promised me to give coupons for free servicing and blaah blaah blaah.
Thirdly one of my friend bought Aquaguard. The person delivered the product to him. But it is now 2 months and the product is not yet installed. So please don't believe on all these salespersons and their sayings.
