Its the best value in a bagging upright vacuum cleaner, cleaning as well or better than more expensive models, especially on carpet. The Eureka vacuum also ships with a sealed HEPA filter and does well in noise tests. This vacuum cleaner has on-board attachments and brushroll on/off control. At 21 pounds, the Eureka is a bit more cumbersome to push than the Kenmore Progressive 35923. You still have to change a bag, but for those who want a good all-around model for a modest price, the Boss is the best upright vacuum.
My experience of Vacuum cleaner
I was attracted by this brilliant looks of V.C has a pretty cheap and the demo showed was also pretty cool but in 2 weeks time it started making sound, there was no time to go to the retailer with guarantee card so I just pulled the suction cord from the new and attached it to my old machine.
Luckly 2 Parts were adaptable.
Old one (Bissell Lift-Off Bagless 3750is the best bagless upright in one test, and does clean equally well on carpet and bare floors. This Bissell vacuum cleaner has another unique feature -- the main suction unit is detachable, )
But I would like to share the tips about vacuum cleaner, one must select the model which suite the types of surface that require cleaning.
THE UPRIGHT VACUUM CLEANER – cleans carpet with its rotating beater brush head, lifting dirt effectively.
THE CANISTER VACUUM CLEANER – has a powerful beater bar head. It uses attachments for cleaning smooth surfaces, drapes and furniture.
COMFORT IN USING IS IMPORTANT – Test different vacuum cleaners and check for the one which is most handy with adjustable heights, comfortable and long cord.
POWER – Although a high Amp rating does indicate high power it doesn’t indicate better cleaning ability especially for cleaning deep pile carpets enough suction power is necessary
ADJUSTABLE HEIGHTS– The machine must have a manual or automatic brush height adjustment to stop overload on the motor. All controls should be easy to access & of sturdy material.
HOSES – Should have swivel attachment to min looping
BAGS – check the capacity. Test the ease with which the bag can be changed.
The vacuum cleaner that has a stainless steel brush roller helps to clean carpet with hair stuck in it but metal component make machine heavier.
Precautions: Don’t run then on wet or damp surface. Moisture that gets into machine can cause damage to some parts causing repair problem in future.
Clogged bags causes heat and put more strain on the motor. Bags should be changed at least once a month never let bags get over half full.
