Two years to the day the warranty ran out the vac went to heck. Dyson has it's own service people and they couldn't fix it after many attempts - they want to keep working on it. Don't waste your money. Too heavy, doesn't suck as well as my Electrolux at ALL and way too expensive for what you get. ALL you get is their glitzy marketing....buy an Electrolux if you can afford it.
The Dyson support team is nice but that doesn't give me a good product. Ads say the vacs never lose suction...well, suction ain't all that hot to begin with so there isn't much to lose! Very, very heavy vac and the accessories are all but useless to try and use. Very poor design to this whole product line. I am just sick I spent so much money on a vacuum because I have lots of dogs and was pulled in by their advertising. Stay away!
