To my misfortune, I have purchased a refrigerator of Vediocon model VPP 244 0n 12.10.2013 at Kakinada. Right from day 3, the light in the fritz is not working. Despite several complaints, there is no proper response from the Service Center at Hyderabad or Kakinada. Till date there is no replacement of the part. For the last 3/4 days, the people at the service center, Kakinada, says that their people have already on the line and are coming to my house to replace the same. As none has turned up, I contacted the service centre at Hyd. They gave a phone number. It seems that the number is of their Rajahmundry office.
The in- charge informs that he has just received the piece for replacement which is supposed to be delivered at their Kakinada Office. It is surprising as to how the Kakinada Service Center people are bluffing all the 3/4 days, stating that their people have already started and may come at any movement to my house to replace the part, even when they have not even received the replacement piece.
How horriblly these companies work and take things for granted. I have decided not to recommend even to my worst enemy to purchase Videocon products. Such is the worst state of affairs of the so called reputed companies as to the after sales services.
