I have got a Whirlpool Magi Cook MW since 8-10 years and till date no problem observed. We use the appliance on daily basis for cooking, defrosting and get the food warmed which has kept in the refrigerator. Even I put my cup of tea when it get cold or not enough warm. I use to warm my food which has taken from refrigerator in a simple plastic or glass plate.
At my own risk I serviced the appliance twice by removing the outer cover and removed dust and other food particles stick with the inner side of the MW.
