I have bought a sharp microwave oven 2 year ago which was higher in price as compared to other brand .it work smoothly for 1 year or up to warranty period, thereafter it create some trouble from time to time despite I used it in spick and span environment. After 20 months from purchase it stopped working completely. I brought it sharp service centrer, they told me its PCB needs to replaced which cost was Rs 7000/-(whereas I had bought microwave oven just rs 9800 from whole sale trader'NAVRANG ELECTRONICS, vikas marg Delhi)
PCB IS JUST A PART OF OVEN WHICH COST THEY DEMANDED 70% OF OVEN COST.when I took quotation of all parts of oven . its aggregated cost comes to Rs 37000/-
they cheated innocence customer .all Japanese companies do this type of practices .No doubt products quality of Japanese companies is far better than Indian companies, they should mention at the time of purchase that'ONCE THEY STOPPED WORKING OR CREATE SOME TROUBLE BEYOND WARRANTY PERIOD, THROW IT IN TO DUSTBIN"
