The dishwasher keeps breaking down often. We have an annual maintenance contract under which they are supposed to service the machine. However, every time we lodge a service request for repairs, the mechanic does not come over for weeks. We have to complain again and again. The mechanic then tells us we need to install a stabilizer otherwise he would not come to repair it.
The machine worked ok without the stabilizer for two years and the Company does not specify that the stabilizer is required. When we talked to service manager he promised to call us back within "ten Minutes". Typically, he did not. His cell phone rings but he does not answer it.
This is the level of service support they offer. Just terrible.
