I bought IFB Neptune VX 12 setting dishwasher from FlipKart for Rs. 37990 and then the installation staff charged me Rs. 7125 for consumables like salt, detergent, deodorant, etc.


The machine came with a pipe, which does not fit. The installation engineer comes with a bill of 580 for the pipe!


They force you to buy an electrical MCB switch costing 1320. and a stand 1430.


Even though the advertised price is 37990, I ended up paying 45205 for the dishwasher!


Keep this in mind when buying IFB dishwashers!
