I bought Ifb neptune vx machine from Vijay sales, Seasons mall . from the day 1 when installation person came machine is thriwing F9?error. I m calling customer care number, noone picks the phone. after 100 tries I was able to talk to customer care 2 times. then they sent the engineer he found that machine is defective and blinking with f9 error then another engineer came bext day hevalso took few hours to check and was unsuccessful to sove the issue. now after spending lot of money I m still facing inconvenience and moreover pain yo deal with custoner care. they dont pick the phone. everytime when I m able to talk to customer care they send a bew engineer . fir attending them I have tobtake the leave from offuce. whole day I keep on waiting for enginner to cone and chevkbthe nachine and at last engineer leaves without solving the issue. I m requesting Ifb people to replace my nachine as itbis brand bew and a defective piece but noone is helping here. complaint no 1104180950
I would suggest dont buy IFB appliances. they ate selling defective products
