I have wanted a good range for years and finally bought a VIKING RANGE made in Mississippi. It is the worst piece of garbage I have ever used. The company is made up of morons. I have had 4 service calls and the oven still burns and is uneven. They lie and tell consumers its'professional'
Its nothing but expensive. I have worked in many restaurants and can guarantee there is nothing professional about Viking Range.
Make certain to see results of real foods before buying a range. Viking melts chocolate chips on paper plates and tells people this is a big feature as the simmer is low. SO WHAT!
