Viking Ranges poorly designed

My Viking 36'' gas range ($4000)with infrared broiler and convection oven was not worth the money I paid. Right after I bought it the oven bottom started creaking when using the oven. Using the ''simmer'' feature is almost impossible to control. The burners are not sealed so stuff is always dropping below.

Now the needs range bottom needs replacing along with two new oven igniters, oven door hinge and spark module replaced, and its only 3 yrs old!

The repairman and service mgr told me that the oven igniters ''wear out'' and last only about 3 yrs. So much for legendary quality and performance! Igniters list for about 58 apiece and then there is the repair man cost since warranty is only for 1 year.
