Chuck Palahniuk is known to write books that are utterly disgusting and offensive at certain points.'Choke' is no exception. The book is about a boy who is need of money for his mother. For this, the boy chokes food in restaurants and receives money from those who save him. The book is not for those looking for a real-world soothing story. It is a highly disgusting book that makes you hate the author even more.
As far as the readability is concerned, the book is not easily discernible. It takes time and makes you feel bored during the process. The language is not easy to grasp, just like the story. All in all, the book is not worth your time and shoukd not be given a read.
