I was an extremely lucky chap that I got 2 bottles of Chivas Regal 12 Year Old from my elder brother on Birthday cause he sure knows my love for Scotch Whiskey. Chivas Regal 12 Year Old is a bliss for any whiskey lover.
The nose seems to be like wood shavings and dried banana chips develop with just a hint of cassis. Barely sharp nor too smoky. Having a peg of this smooth whiskey on the rocks after a hectic day of work is the best thing a man could ask for. Overall a spicy, beautifully balanced blend.
