I have worked out in quiet a few gyms; good and not so good. This one takes the cake for being the worst one. The head instructor Prakash is busy chaseing his favorite girl. The other so called instructors are either missing or watching tv till their fav girls comes along. Holding her hands flirting around is how they spend the day.
The instructors have no idea what those few machines are all about. On casual talks with them I discovered they have no formal training in any fitness academy either. Just street hogs hired real cheap and given a Chisel Tshirt. The management is nothing but a group of cheats. I would rather not elaborate on that.
Thinking of good fitness centers look elsewhere. See if they have training equipment from lifefitness.com or technogym.com/gb
Its an annul commitment remember. Do not look for something thats affordable and compromise. Your would end up regretting every day of the year.
I heard some good things about talwarkars. Check out the one near you. I had infact been to the one on sanckery road. That looked really great.
