I would not recommend this book to anyone, not even small children. I still find it silly, the situations that are listed. It all goes back to perspective, as everything does. In the book, situations such as "My best friend likes my crush" are inflated, shown as a big deal, and exaggerated. Yes, I understand how that would hurt, but at 15, why would it matter to someone who is just 15? Ah. its not the end of the world.
