I am highly disappointed by services provided by the Aravalli service centre at Gurgaon. So far I am very happy with the performance of my AVEO LS in city drive. Recently there was some leakage in the radiator and I had to take it to the service center. Since the APEX motor has closed down the service center in Gurgaon.
I approached Aravallis (another authorized agent). The radiator was set right with charges of 6000 INR and I was informed in the evening that the car was ready. When I picked up the car next day I found that the broken radiator was thrown away leaking at the back of my car with seepage of coolant all over. Even more shocking was the mats at the driver end. I found all the mats were spoiled with the coolant. The reason given was that they used the mats on their floor for doing the services. Now I will have to do the full car wash and replace the mats.
Totally disgusted with the ARAVALLI service center staff response and behavior.
