Chain-sys is a lier company.  Let me speak strictly based on the facts and laws.


First let me define the company. Chain sys is a Oracle Platinum partner company. It provides oracle e-business suite solutions to clients. It also outsource their employees to other companies and bill the other companies based on the months they outsourced their employees.


Let me explain you how this company cheats and how it effects the employees and clients.


For employees:-


When you get selected in chain sys they will make you bond for 2 years.  The bond will say that


1) They are incurring a lot of cost to provide you training, hence, if you break the bond and leave the company then you have to pay 2.5 lacks.


2) During the training period you will not get any stipend or salary. Stipend will start once you finish the training and salary will start once you become a billable resource to the company.  The contract will not say at what date the company will start paying the salary nor it will mention the start date of stipend also.


Now, the fact is that company does not have enough infrastructures and does not have any proper server, often the employees have to get trained in solution beacon only. They dont have a single trainer in that company, what all they do is they just put a person as a trainer who just returned from a project and he too has to get ready for a next project. As the matter of fact, they dont have professional trainer who can train you properly and you have to work in solution beacon often which is a remote server and it is very  very slow.


Now, lawfully speaking, any company who puts a contract with the employees for giving training, then cost mentioned in the contract has to match the actual worthiness of the training.


Now the fact is the company does not have infrastructure, people have to work in remote server like solution beacon, dont have a trainer also then the agreement becomes void against the company.


Second is, as I mentioned earlier, that an employee has to become a billable resource to get the salary.  As I told about the training part the training will lead you for atleast 4 months, thereafter stipend will start. Thereafter a person should start attending the interviews for the other companies like hexawer, hcl, top 4 audit firm etc., to become a billable resource. Now the thing is chain sys will hype your resume and will mention as you have more than three years of experience in this field and they will ask as you to say the same thing to the interviewers also.  Now, even if a person clears the interview and gets selected into the other company then if they come to know the truth, the other company will immediately sack your job. If have you completed the project also then you can not go to the same company after two years because as you have already told them that you have 3 years of experience. It is a lie.


Company who takes the interview for hiring chain sys employees will ask for candidates having at least 2 years of full implementation exp. Now, the fact is an employee who has just trained for 4 months without getting proper training will never get selected, hence, an employee has to wait for at least 6 months to get his salary.


For clients:-


Clients generally go for chain sys only for one reason because it bid the praise lower than the other companies like wipro, accenture etc., As per their service is concerned, the candidates to whom chain sys sends for the projects mostly will not have more than 6 months of training also. Even, it sends employees as a project manager who doesn’t have more than 6 months of experience in oracle ebs.  Well, in this list you will find employees who are from engineering background, departed by the company for financial consultation. These so candidates will not know much about service tax, vat, other taxes rules their impact in financial reporting. Hence, while doing setup, they take a long time to finish. As per oracle is concerned, Oracle delivers the setup as per the requirement within 14 days.  The procedure for setting up oracle ebs is first of all in the initial stage of project itself the consultant should get all the requirements like accounting codes, report details and other requirements from the clients and even the consultants should have strong business procedure knowledge so that he can ask the right question to understand the business and to do setup. First of all the consultant should get all the materiality needed to do the setup and meanwhile should suggest the users about the changes also. The fact is asking the right questions, getting the answers should be finished within 6 business days. Well, after that the consultant should complete the project within a period of 14 days. As per my knowledge, no company provides except oracle matches with the deadline. Companies like wipro, accenture generally do that in a span of 3 months while the same is done by chain sys in a span of more than 9 months, sometimes 1 year also.


The employees deported by chain sys will always blame the employees of client’s company for the delay.


Well for the employees, what I will suggest  is as per law “ An agreement is enforceable by law only when both the party’s considerations are satisfied. Here, for company, whatever job have been told by the employer is consideration. For employees, salary and benefit offered by the company is consideration.”   Now, even if a company is providing training and an employee spending time in learning subjected to be paid by the company, because no company is provides training for the better prospect of employee in future down the line two years, it only provides training so that the employee should do the job allotted to him. Hence, it becomes immaterial to say that the employee didn’t get into project so that we cannot pay the salary. By just signing a bond it does not give full rights to the company to do whatever they want to do with the employees and there plenty of case studies are there supporting this.


For clients, if you want to hire service provider, plz keep an interview first with them and ask them indebt questions about taxes, business procedures because the logic is a person who even cannot understand the business procedure and does not have sound knowledge in taxes, how he can do automatic setups in any erp.
