I was an ex-employee of chain-sys(with gods grace I got relived before 6 months). The company will give training just for 3 months and will put you in client place by telling the client that the resource is experienced with 2 or 3 years.
Then in client's place we have to break our heads to resolve the issues. No one will support you. Your managers will only call you if there is payment pending from client side. If you call them they won't pick the call. There is no SME level in company. Even if they are, you cannot expect any help from them.
The worst thing is we can even handle the client but handling your own company - no chance. Allowances wont be credited on time, you wont get proper response also, company guest house will be like a place where slaves are kept. We have to run behind the company for our money.
If somehow you tolerated all these tortures, the best is at the end. You can't get relieved from the company. Even after your bond is over they wont relieve you. They will wantedly delay the process. They will do everything to spoil your offer.
They will delay the relieving process, literally they will make you beg. This happens if you accept to serve the notice period of 3 months, then think of your situation if you want get relieved immediately. Only god can help.
Finally one day making sure that you offer is expired company will give you the service letter. As per company rules final settlement will be processed after 45 days from your relieving date. But they wont process it for months, If you call them they will say, we will process it next month. Same dialogue they will repeat every month. Till now I have not got my settlement amount(I even think of filling a case in labour court for getting my final settlement amount) & I know people who have not got settlement amount even after 9 months of relieving.
Don't think the relieving amount will be small. The company wont pay you for the last 3 months(Co. will hold the last 3 months salary), hence usually the final settlement will be in lakhs. I know company's which get revenue from their client but chainsys is the only company that generates revenue from there own employees.
The company has no standard rules. The rules will change employee to employee based on manager's recommendation. Only people who put jalra to their manager can survive chainsys.
The actual problem is with the attitude of MD. She thinks the employees are her slaves. I personally knew that most of the managers curse her, behind her back & smile on her face.
Chainsys has no new projects. Because of the bad name the company has in market and the wrath of all the ex & present employees is showing its result. Unless the company changes the way it function & respects its employees the doom day is so near.
But I have to admit that if you successfully work more than 2 years in chainsys then you would have mastered the politics that can happen in workspace and will be able to work in any company.
