I used their services after finding some good reviews on the internet. Had to transfer my household stuff from Noida to Bangalore.
I was promised 10 days, but it was delivered in 25 days. And all the while I ended up paying for a guest house stay for which they did not even compensate!
All the while I was told that the truck had already started and was stuck in Madhya Pradesh. Every time there was a new excuse, and I finally came to know that the truck was loaded 15 days after they took my stuff from home! Needless to say, there was a lot of damage and spoilage.
Everyone from top to bottom is a liar. I reached out to the Mumbai office, they noted my number and never picked up the phone again. The guys in Noida said that they had a warehouse in B'lore where they could store the luggage, but when I talk to their manager, he says there is no warehouse in B'lore.
While my stuff was taken from home in a covered truck, it was delivered in an open truck covered with tarpaulin. Mattresses were wet and stinking. Dining was broken, bed was damaged.
I'd simple advise others to AVOID taking their services. They can harass you to an unlimited extent and make you feel really helpless.
