Well, After reading the positive feedback , i applied for this payment gateway. Ccavenue takes 2-3 days to review your application which i don’t think is reasonable. Also they charge high 7500 to Indian merchant (usd $160 approx.) comparing to foreign clients which is also not reasonable. Their email support is poor. Chat help is working good but seems to be slow as comparing to other chat services offerred by live person. They need to set up customer service section to give complain /coupan number to each email sent by customer .Also their contac us page i don’t know if working properly. it accepts only 2-3 lines.

I believes this gateway can be a good competitor of paypal if they pay more attention towards customer satisfaction and also if they slash charges for indian customers too. Needs to reduce the paper work. chat engine takes too much time and needs to improve.
