I have made an order for deliver of flower on valentines through a website : www.indiafloristnetwork.com. For Making payment, payment gateway is redirected to CC Avenue. Then starts the real music. After entering all billing details, and clicking for payment. The money is deducted from my account. But still no service has been rendered. The flower was neither delivered nor the money refunded to me. So ppl.. Avoid this CC AVENUE. even for comlaining my grievance, submit button in the complain button dosnnt work.

I tried calling the customer a hundred time. But all in vain. I dont know how to proceed with this also.
They are just looting me. They are just robbing me. Thats all i can say. I guess i’ll proceed with some legal steps.....
