It has been almost 3 years since I am using CCAvenue and I must say it was worth it. Initially began for the netbanking they offered, but as time passed by I got more payments through their Credit Card interface. I dont mind paying the 5% as compared to the service and utility of the payment gateway. I was not even tech savvy before using ccavenue but now my perspective has changed. A definite recommendation to all e-commerce guys out there. Their netbanking has been increasing so often. They began with 5 when i joined them and today they have more than 14! I have other businesses too in the hospitality industry and they have products like resavenue for me too.

I still wouldnt give it a 10/10 as I know they can improve, but they are definately better than all the other payment gateways in the market. I was approached by banks, but inspite of the low commission, I would never recommend anyone to go for them. My friends are shifting to ccavenue after using a banks payment gateway.
