this is by far, the worst payment gateway i have ever come across.
its upsetting that mastercard and visa allow such a site to operate.

CCAvenue will take a chargeback on whichever transaction they want.
Their chargeback ratio is so so high that you end up being convinved that its all fraud and they are taking back whatever amounts they like.

Insist on a proof of chargeback and you get no reply.

Plus their people are all helpless. When they connect you with someone in authority you get a very very rude reply.

Absolutely pathetic experiece. I have lost 40000 rupees, 1000$ in chargebacks with CCAvenue. Its been a very bad experience.

I have taken them to court and am consistently following up my complains with Mastercard and visa. I hope i am able to shut down this company.

My sincere suggestion, do NOT use this company. They will loot the life out of your business.
