As an end user I found ccavenue service appaling. I have been billied by Astrojyoti.com via ccavenue.    They provided no acknowledgement to the order.  Astrojyoti have never

delivered the product I ordered. They have never responded to my e-mails.  However, my credit card was billed for Rs 1300.  

I have subsequently complained to ccavenue.  Not a single response from ccavenue either.  Neither company have responded to my follow-up e-mails (none at all). 

After complaining directly to my Credit Card company I have been refunded the charge. Nevertheles I would never trust astrojyoti or ccavenue again. Never Never Never.  This kind of behaviour gives a very poor confidence to the whole of online purchasing.

ccavenue is great news for those suppliers who want to run scams or rip off the poor consumers. I hope that consumers are warned  about using this kind of service.
