When I bought the Carrier Split AC 1.5 Ton for the first time I had high expectations. However, my perception abiut the AC changed quickly thanks to its poor performance and bad air quality.
I had to call their customer service for assistance but their technician said it will fix automatically within few days and there is no need to worry. But things remain unchanged and the air quality gets even worse.
I am thinking of returning the AC since it is within the warranty period and replace it with a new one.
