I recently bought a carrier 1.5 Ton Durakool AC from Rathna Cools Pvt Ltd(Chennai). As I already very own a carrier 1.5 Ton Window AC, I opted to buy split AC. But to my dismay, it dint work out nicely as I thought. The cooling effect is not as referred to. I informed the customer service(32111111). They informed me that the engineer will look into inside 24HRs, but no person became out and to my marvel I heard from customer support that my problems was closed in view that a engineer already visited my location. I was definitely disenchanted and then booked a brand new price ticket again. But after that I dint hear from them or no person visited my house. Later after one month I called them and enquired abt the price tag and that they said that the engineers were unable to trace my location and that they positioned it in pending. I dont recognize what verbal exchange is being accomplished between customer service. Very Disgusting and disappointing. I thought carrier to be a very good business enterprise however because of this terrible carrier, it stepped down. Don’t recognize what is going on in customer support and is there any individual who is tracking the tickets fame and closure.
