My name is Saraansh Seth, I have bought a Window AC(1.5 Ton, Estrella) from your authorized Dealer Surya Electronics, Raja Garden, New Delhi.
Upon receiving the Product, the Engineer informed me that its Fan is broken and advised me to speak with Surya Electronics.
I called up the Dealer and placed a request to immediately change the piece. However, the dealer told me that the piece can not be replaced, Company's executive will visit and replace the Fan.
I would like to strongly express that I do not want replacement of Fan, I want a New Piece of the same product.
As advised by the Carrier Call Centre executive, I am waiting for a call from Carrier Service Engineer to get the piece replaced.
My complaint ref.no. is 13962408 & my contact number is 9999135xxx.
Awaiting an immediate action since its getting difficult to cope up with the Hot Temperature.
