I bought 3 window A/Cs. All the 3 had gas leak just after a year. Guess they do it by design, as the warranty period ends and you have to pay over Rs. 2500 to fix it. Their service providers, Southern Comfort wont give the last of the free service, so that they cant be blamed for not detecting the defect. If you escalate the issue to Carrier, they will bombard you with meaningless emails, until you give up.
