Never buy carrier ACs @pune. It will result in wastage of time and money.
I bought the "Carrier 5 star split AC" from kohinoor in baner at pune on 12/04/2016. The installation happened after some time after my repeated follow-ups. After a year precisely on 16/04/2017 I realized that the AC is not working at all and raised a complaint(transaction id:- 131650493).
Remember I am in pune where ACs are used only for 1-2 months in the whole year. The service person visited after 3-4 days and diagnosed that the installation was faulty which resulted in GAS leakage. The customer care @180030111111 is telling me that the AC is out of warranty. Guess what they have calculated the warranty period as{ "time of service person visiting my place" - "time of billing"} instead of{ "Date of complaint" - "Date of installation"}. This too when the root cause is faulty installation by them.
When I asked the customer care representative @180030111111 to connect me to their senior I got a blunt reply that there is no such thing.
I would like to understand where does the customer came into picture in case of faulty installation? Also remember the AC comes with 3 free servicing but no one ever contacted me. I remember that for my other ACs the customer care informs me regarding the servicing dates.
Overall I realized that I have been cheated by a group of professional cheats.
What an innovative way of cheating customers. HATS OFFF!
My intent here is to save other customers from the ordeal and save their time and money.
So think 100 times before you buy one of these.
