I bought this AC from a relative's Shop last year He recommended us this AC and told that its syst was made of 100% copper.
And its cooling speed will be much more than other ACs on his recommendations we bought this AC and it worked like a charm for last year's Summer It cooled the whole room in just 10-15 minutes and from 35°c the temperature went down to 25°c an night we had to switch off this AC . For some months this ac worked like a charm and the season ended.
In this year from starting of summers ie from march 2016 the AC didnt cool as before it was cooling .so we called customer care and they recommended that we should get the AC serviced and we did the same.
The person who came was very rude and said that we had to pay money even the AC was in warranty we called up customer care and they told us to show the bill to that person we showed him and he regretted after service the AC improved very much but it did not bece what it was in last year.
Miscellaneous points:
The remote control provided with AC had a very poor software.
The persons who came to intall the ac took very high charge and took away the copper pipe which was left after intallation.
The AC made too much sound from the first day itself .The customer representative said that it is normal and every AC made sound but I observed our LG split AC which didn't made that awful sound.
