I use this AC since last year and I am fully satisfy with this product. it consumes less energy and cool the whole room very well even in very high temperature in summer. and the best thing is that the service of carrier AC is very good and they provide same day service when we call them. the only problem with this is that its outdoor unit creates much noise sometimes otherwise it is one of the best product,
