I have read both the previous books by Robert Galbraith and I must say this book stand up to its expectations. I have kindle paperwhite and I purchase book directly from Amazon/kindle store.
This is the third book in a series(1. The cuckoo’s calling and 2. The silkworm) and this time Author focused more on Robin(an assistant) of detective Cormoran strike.
When it comes to mystery novels, first name comes to my mind is of Dan Brown and Sidney Sheldon. As a teenager I read many books of Sidney Sheldon and after reading The da vinci code I became a fan of Dan Brown. But thn I read The cuckoo’s calling. There wasn’t a single minute when I thought of leaving this book. Now comes the third installment in a series.
The description used by author while describing a person, an event or a place, you feel like you are actually present there and the events happen right in front of you.
While reading at some places you feel that, the author has lost the plot. But still it’s a must read book for people who are fan of Robert Galbraith or if you like mystery novels. I would also recommend you to check out her previous two books.
