Captain's fitness gym kandivali East. Review on Captain Fitness - Kandivali - Mumbai

An decent and likely to be a good gym. It's clean and good infrastructure with some certified trainers. From my experience I recommend to go for that gym who lives near that and build some muscles. I was in that gym for 1 month and because of lack of time I leaved but those of you who have time for gym I highly recommend as friend to go for it because it's not crowded to much and it's value for money as it takes 1180 for 1 month with GST included and if you want to continue you have to give around 500-540 more and you can go for about 2 months by that 1180 only. They have many offers like for muscle building they have an program for you and if fat loss then another program with a diet and supplements if you can afford. For cardio you need to pay some extra and thats what I need to tell you about the captain's fitness and most importantly its closed on sunday and rest of the days its open on 6: 00 am to 10: 00 pm.
