I started my career in IT with Capgemini. It was the year of 2010. After successful 3.5 years I have decided to move out. Though the decision was very hard, but I had to look on my growth as well. Hence I took this decision. BUt this 3 and half years was so good, I realized this when I joined other organizations. I am not saying other companies were bad, but the opportunity what Capgemini can give you is Incomparable. You get the feeling of job security even the company is not doing well.
They have so many projects on so many different technologies that one can definitely find his comfortable area. The RMG(Resource Management) will not keep anyone on the bench. They will put you on a project as soon as they find something similar to your profile. The managers are very well behaved and technical experts. The timings are also very flexible. You will get a laptop to work from home. So that is an added advantage to you. It saves your lot of time on traveling.
It is also very great company for women. The security is high-tech. They provide cabs if someone wants to stay late. Even the maternity leave is very flexible. Women will get 3 months maternity leave which is extendable to another 3 months. The yearly function is extravaganza. They have fundoo games every friday. They organize social events. They organize charity events.
In all, The BEST COMPANY.
