Capgemini consulting takes more to do interview process as well as to release offer letter it will take minimum sox months I was attended interview on may month got offer letter on november first week HR told its immdiate requirement its too bad in capgemini for salary and benifits for employee is not good because capgemini is service based compnies so and not career growth I brother worked for four years no promtions and much hike in salary after completing current project there is no job security its depends on our luck working environment is good they providing good trainings work pressure is more and some project managers treating employees like a there slaves. For getting everything good in IT its our luck.
