Hello folks It was my greatest error to join this organization. The HR group here is simply abnormal. Beforehand I worked with another European IT organization however it was a pleasant occupation. This one is additionally from Europe yet the work culture is only the most exceedingly awful. HR administrators won't see you unless and until you carry out your employment on time. Enormous legislative issues in HR and Recruiting group. They will purposefully give you a few assignments at the season of leaving the workplace. Capgemini is bad for you. Practically consistently they have an enlistment drive when they have hundreds on seat. Why so? The supervisors, less said the better. Hard working attitudes are extremely poor.
