Recently my friend attended Capgemini SAP Certified Freshers Job opening.
They conducted technical interview some members telephonic, some for face to face. Married women sent to telephonic round.
Telephonic interviewer (his) behaviour is was not good. He was in an irritated mood. He is not suitable to conduct interviews. We are not freshers. We have functional knowledge and some experience. After the telephonic (at Capgemini) round I decided they are selected candidates before technical round.
Probably they will not recruit married women. (Except their candidates) If in this case why they selected our resumes?
Conclusion: Recruitment process is completely faulty and fraud. Any organization training and development team must be there. I request Capgemini management train 1st recruitment team, later train interview panel ( example: conflict management). The fresher recruitment in Capgemini is with 0% transparency.
