we all know .how much we love tasty, delicious food. but unfortunately our mostly favourite food consist high amount of oil which is very harmful for human body and to avoid these things we usually avoid our favourite food.
BUT I have a good news for all of you. solution for this problem is canola oil. actually canola oil is very much beneficial for our health because it consist high amount of good fat and very least amount of bad fat. it is neutral in taste and smell, so, I can use it in making bakery items at home like cake, cookies etc.
this oil helps us to get proper amount of vitamin E whichy is very good for our health. so, change your usual cooking oil with canola cooking oil and enjoy tasty dish without damage your health.
