Me n my family have accounts at canara bank, delhi for the past 2 decades.
With passage of time i have felt that the employees of canara are always in bad mood. I know time is money n they (bank)
probably get 100s or 1000s of account holders daily. but the efficiency of the staff is going down every day.
Even to get ur passbok updated,, which i could not get it dont for the past 3 months, whenever i visit the bank,, the printter doesnt work, the ink is empty, etc etc.. past year i tried getting my atm, but had to wait for few months before i received it. every service is so slow, even to get your cheque cleared, one has to sit for about 45 min to a hr time., even when the bank empty
most of the staff is laid back, or unteretsed in the work,
If some one from bank is reading this review, ::a few of my suggestion:-
- that all these nationalised bank, should have better customer service...in order to keep up with the mnc banks,
- there should be designated customer help desk
- then proper computerised token systems should be distributed for a hassle free tansaction.
