Ambernath (East) Canara Bank is one of the worst bank and also the 2 Managers specially.


I have a very bad experience, I Mr. Jeevan Dcruz Account Holder in the
same branch and the POA to Mr. Edwin Menezes who has an NRE Account in
Canara Bank had applied for a Housing Loan of around Rs.8 Lacs. in
FEBRUARY,2008.

As per the Sr. Managers (Mr. Padthe) and Chief
Manager (Mr. Gautam) instructions I submitted all the relevant
documents dully attested and so forth.

I also submitted
the Search Report of Banks Legal Advisors Report in the month of
March,2008 for sanctioning of Loan as per the managers instruction
.

I always use to follow-up on my own and they use to show me all the
time new queries raised by them, which I use to fulfill always, but
they never use to call me for the same.

Now it is already 7
months but I have not received any response till date, and now the flat
is ready for possession and the builder has also given a letter to the
bank showing the status of the building.

I have till date
spent an amount of Rs.25,000/- on the Bank Procedure and as per their
instructions. Which, I wish to claim from the bank.

I
also spoke to their Mr.K.M Sanghavi (AGM) - Mumbai, Mr. Bhat (
Bangalore) several times and I have also sent emails to them and till
date I have not received any response still I am awaiting for their
reply.
ONE THING IS VERY SURE THAT CANARA BANK - AND THEIR OFFICER STAFFS SPECIALLY AMBERNATH (WEST BRANCH) WILL REMAIN THE WORST.
          
          

Kindly guide me on this situation.
