I am a customer of Canara Bank BTM Bangalore since 8years, Canara Bank, as a brand, has achieved a huge and helping customer like
me and u grow in our business . first thanx to customer friendly managers and staff . as ur aware one person can spoil the branch image . because of one person people avoid going to branch and ask for request .we can not rate ur bank on one person behaviour.this is request to staff handling people in canara bank to pl help and save BTM branch customer from person who is irresponsible and arrogant handling SB, CA,OD CHEQUE PASSING .their tons of instance she has got habit of loosing cq . All my friends and colleagues who have accounts with BTM BRANCH Canara Bank have the same opinion - "HORRIBLE person " The interesting fact is that managers in Canara Bank are very polite and customer friendly.
I have both my personal account as well as corporate account in Canara Bank. to draw ur money from ur account she says wait for 30 mins. and so. It is really embarrassing having to deal with this employee in this branch, She has no minimum patience or perseverance to handle any customer transaction. the same treat for aged to young including ex canara bank staff ( retired people)Her loud arrogant voice, she will pretend as if bussy fact is that she does not even no basic of the software used in the branch making the customers wait in front of her, and the words like "WAIT, GO THERE, COME TOMORROW, ETC." are really irritating. We have to wait in front of her seeing her face until she finishes all that she has to do and then she will check if her colleague sitting beside her is without any work. If he or she is without work, then that is a blessing for her. She will immediately tell us "GO THERE," and we have to just quietly walk up to the other counter after wasting time in front of her for almost 10-15 mins. If at all somebody objects this and raises their voice, then she not bother . In one instance, knowing very well that she is not a cooperative person, I took the manager’s approval for a service which had to be processed through her. Despite that, she told me "GO TO THAT MANAGER WHO GAVE YOU THE PREMISSION AND GET IT DONE."
At least if the bank authorities can’t fire such employees out, it would be of great help if they are made to work in the back desk rather than customer interactive counters.
hope canara bank management will look into to the same try replace person .if rquired save BTM BRANCH IMAGE customer request letter can be organised
