Hi,
This is Preethi we have a joint account in canara bank in Konankunte branch bangalore but upto now not even once i am satisfied with the banking services. The Bank staff who works with the branch
where i had opened my account are very arrogant and very very bad customer service always there will be a printer problem and they make the customer to wait for more than an hour even if there is no rush or for a simple work we should wait for a longtime.
   And also i had observed that they will make the customer to wait and they will be chit chatting their own personal stories to their colleagues and moreover it is my suggestion to appoint some youngsters instead of these old people so that the work will be completed more faster as these people take much time to type the letters and numbers becaz of their old age.
  And becaz of this service the nationalised banks are losing its market and get a black mark
It is totally a poor service.
