Seems antiquated - no response to emails

They do not respond- at least not to emails.
Well, also to letters.

My fist bank was probably this as it was an account opened for me by my dad. After he passed away my sister and I tried to
find out what to do about my dad’s account and we have received no response to letters.

Later I opened a joint account with my mom and after she passed away I wanted to inform them of the sad event and also keep in contact with my account- still no response.

I’m now abroad but before leaving I had visited the bank with my mother and sister and the then manager seemed very helpful but alas I can now see that it was merely words!

I have tried to contact them by emails and via their web site and my sister ( who is in the UK) has often sent letters.


At present I would not recommend this bank.
