when i say good bank for less cost, it means this bank is good for customer service, now i know most of u ppl wont agree, but for me its good customer service cos, even though my balance is low and i issue any cheque over the balance then they give me a call to deposite money wait untill i do so.

second good point is, i am still running student acc cos of tht even though i have ATM card, cheque book minimum balance req. 500 inr.

phone banking I dont think they hv, internet banking never tried, ATMs are very less, at most of the stn they hv their system but not yet started. its the worst spl on holiday at cash is always on a shortfall.......

most frustrating thing is, they still not able to implement core banking properly. I really like SBI for core banking its all time better than any other bank.
