The ATM cash deposit machines are of bad quality. Need to be replaced with ones similar to AXIS Bank's or ICICI Bank's.
The online banking also is not satisfactory - beneficiaries do not appear in a pull down list, but you need to type in the beneficiary name. If you mis-spell, it gives a message'Beneficiary does not exist'.
The phone banking also does not accept my used ID although I enter it in presence of the bank employees.
My application of credit is not approved since three weeks!
Nationalised banks work similar to government departments - lethargic and sub standard.
