My family of 4 hold account in this branch. We had standard instruction that Rs 500/- to be transferred from One account to two other account since Feb 2014. The same was terminated without our notice and on inquiry, the lady at the counter - Ms.Pavani, was not only indifferent in her response, but also her body language, which is absolutely not expected and unbecoming from a lady, that too representing a premium Nationalised bank. Disappointed with this lady, when I approached the branch Manager - Ms Renuka, she too feigned ignorance on termination of this instruction, citing that someone else earlier would have done something, and she is unaware of the same. My simple question is - when the bank proclaims that data is computerized, do they not maintain the same and even otherwise do they not have the basic courtesy to inform termination, which they have performed on their own, AND moreover have the basic decency of responding and behaving with their valued(?) customers. Really deplorable act with in the almost ALL LADIES BRANCH at Uttarahalli, Bangalore. Trust needful attention will be provided by the bank? Last word - kindly look into the pass book printing machine - which is a perennially problematic
